How does land availability negatively impact industrialization in China

Geography

China is vast country, but also a country where there's lot of diverse landscapes which affect everything in the country, from population dispersal to industrialization.

The problem in China is that only the eastern part of the country has land that is suitable for industrial development, as it mostly composed of lowlands and it is where the ports are. That can not be said about the central part and the western part of the country, where the landscape is dominates by deserts, semi-arid regions, high and massive mountain ranges including the Tibetan Plateau and the Himalayas. The geography of the terrain simply doesn't allow any particular development in those parts, thus the country is very limited where it can grow and develop.

Which of the following does not determine the biome occupying a region?
qwelly [4]

Answer:

A

Explanation:

Longitude does not affect the biome in that rea because it doesn't matter where it is on the earth right NEXT to the area. Because, the Longitude will not take it from North to South or vice-versa, it will rather take it from East to West. Going sideways around the earth doesn't affect the biome in that area, but yes, Latitude does, because it goes North to South.
