Oregon constitution has  some rights in that the 6th right is "no religious test for witness or jurors".

The 6th right "no religious test for witness or jurors" states that none of the person shall be rendered incompetence as a witness or jurors in consequence of his opinion in matters of religion, nor be questioned in any court of justice in touching his religious belief to affect the weight of his testimony.
