This is false.

This might be true in the case of solar energy (if there is not enough sun, there won't be a lot of energy that can be obtained from it), but it's less true in the case of for example hydraulic  energy - most rivers flow both in good and bad weather (except if the bad weather is drought).

What body of water is area 10? Plz Help me.
frosja888 [35]

The body of water that is area ten is the Indian Ocean. The Indian ocean, just like its name implies, is a body of water that is located around the country of India. The Indian ocean is the world's third largest ocean, encompassing an area equal to 70,560,000 km². An earlier name of the Indian Ocean is the Eastern Sea (most likely due to its position on the map). It is next to the continents Asia, Africa, and Australia.

What were the major motivations for colonization in the New World
Allisa [31]

Answer:

This depends.

Explanation:

For the puritans and the pilgrims, it was to escape religious peresuction and to build a utopia.  For the Dutch and other non-English countries, it was generally to engage in trade to make money, rather than settle down and build a society. For the colonists in virigina who were not puritans, they wanted to make money and also start a new life, and they were generally young men who were risk takers.
