Answer:

Well, if we're being honest, social distancing is going to completely change our lives and the way we live, including how we work, exercise, socialize, shop, manage our health, educate ourselves and our children, as well as take care of our family.

It can even change the way we have sex. Online dating sites like Match and Tinder, even video call apps like Zoom and Skype are becoming an even bigger thing right now because of the social distancing and that is because of COVID-19 a.k.a Coronavirus.

Apps like Instacart, an online market that has fresh, packaged, frozen and more foods that delivers right to your door, Amazon, an app we all know, that has items ranging from sanitation supplies to clothes to packaged foods and even fresh foods.

Social distancing could cause us to be lonely, but only if we let it.

If you feel lonely, download an online chatting app, or if you're single and not able to get a date because of the pandemic, download an online dating app. All of those apps are guarunteed to give you some excitement and fun during these sucky times and who knows? Maybe you'll even meet someone.

How did members of the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) promote civil rights for Latino Americans?
Tju [1.3M]

LULAC was founded in 1929, in a time where basic civil and human rights were denied for Hispanics in the USA. It is the oldest and most respected Hispanic civil rights organization in the country. Its purpose is to empower their members to create and develop opportunities where they are most needed.

Throughout the 20th century, the LULAC intervened on different segregation and xenophobic cases to obtain equal educational opportunities and full access to political processes for all Hispanics.

Today, they still hold citizen awareness sessions, seminars on language & immigration issues and raise scholarship money, among many other activities.

Alja [10]

Answer:

As Mary is a newly-hired police officer, she observes two fellow officers removing drugs from the evidence room. Mary's values include devotion to loyalty, so Mary is inclined to protect her fellow officers. At the same time, Mary also believes in upholding the law. Mary's decision to report the crime had negative effects for the two officers involved, and for Mary personally. however, the rest of the community has benefited from the removal of corrupt police officers. A(n) utilitarian viewpoint would find this outcome to be ethical.

Explanation:

As we can see that Mary has taken the decision which is ethical from the utilitarian viewpoint. In utilitarian viewpoint, we decide and make decisions on the basis of the outcomes, We put efforts and decide whats going to be the likely outcome and results of our decisions. We mainly see the consequences and then proceed to make the decision. Moreover, in this viewpoint, moral values, ethics and justice is also given the main weightage. we focus not only our personal benefits but we see the benefits of large number of people. If we like something and other people do not like it then we will not make that decision. If two people in a group want to go to China for summer holidays, and five people are preferring going to London, then our decision will be going to London because in this case we can benefit more number of people. Same is the case here, Mary wants to proceed while thinking the benefits of its community.

Explain the differences between a checking account and a credit-card account, as well
Alecsey [184]

Answer:

Explanation:

The primary difference between these accounts is that a checking account's funds are your own money from deposits and a credit card account's funds are money loaned to you from the card's bank. This means that purchases made with a credit card can incur interest since it's borrowed money.
