Answer:

\frac{101}{28}=t

Step-by-step explanation:

2(2t+4)=3-4(24-8t)\\4t+8=3-96+32t\\8-3+96=32t-4t\\101=28t\\\frac{101}{28}=t

Answer:

3.607 to the nearest thousandth.

Step-by-step explanation:

2(2t+4)=3-4(24-8t)

Solving for t:

4t + 8 = 3 -  96 + 32t

8 - 3 + 96 = 32t - 4t

101 = 28t

t = 101/28

= 3.607 .

Z^2 -6z+9=0 Factor and solve
Ymorist [56]
Factor because if we have
yz=0 then we can assume y and/or z=0

so factor
so the easiest way is to find what 2 numbers add to -6 and multiply to get 9 so
we know that they must be both - because we must have x+x=(-) and x^2=+ so therefor they must be negative
factors of 9=3 and 3 so
-3 and -3
-3+-3=-6 perfect

(z-3)(z-3)=0

set each to zero
z-3=0
add 3
z=3

z=3 is the answer

The following values represent the amount of money (in dollars) 10 people have in their wallets: 10, 12, 19, 5, 6, 8, 1, 13, 4,
boyakko [2]

The median of all these numbers in dollars is 7.5.

<h3>How to obtain median when no. of given data are odd ?</h3>

When the no. of given data are odd we arrange those nos. in an order increasing or decreasing order and the middle no. is the median of the given odd numbers.

According to the given question the following values represent the amount of money (in dollars) 10 people have in their wallets: 10, 12, 19, 5, 6, 8, 1, 13, 4, 7 and we have to find the median.

First we observe that no. of people is even so there will be two middle nos.

Now lets arrange these nos. in an order from least to greatest which is

1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 13, 19 in this 7 and 8 are middle numbers.

So, to find the median of all these nos. we will divide these two middle nos. by 2.

∴  ( 7 + 8 )/2

= 15/2

= 7.5.
