Public Health activists and human rights activists have come to a head-to-head argument over a nurse in Maine named Kaci Hicox w

ho spent time in West Africa treating patients afflicted with the Ebola Virus. Hicox claims that the government's attempt to confine her to her home for 21 days (the incubation period for an Ebola infected patient to show symptoms) are unconstitutional. Human rights activists are supporting Hicox in her defiance of the court-ordered quarantine and applaud her leaving her home to ride her bike in public areas.
Public Health officials are horrified by Hicox's flagrant disregard for the health of other people in Maine. "Her unconcern for people's health seems completely antithetical to her oath and responsibilities as a nurse," said Thomas Hillfiger, a protester outside of Hicox's home who also happened to be wearing biohazard garb in an effort to protect himself from possible infection.

Macbeth summary act 1
cestrela7 [59]

I got this from google just look up the youre question

They discuss when they'll meet again, and decide to hook up "When the hurly-burly's done, when the battle's lost and won." In other words, when the fighting that's going on has ended, which apparently will be today, before sunset. Brain snack: Even though the play's speech headings and stage directions refer to these three lovely ladies as "witches," the term "witch" only shows up once in the play.

The sisters are, however, called "weird" six times, but not "weird" like kooky and strange; they're "weird" like "wyrd," an Old English term meaning "fate." Spooky.

They let the audience in on their plan to meet some dude named Macbeth. Title alert! The witches then call out to Graymalkin and Paddock, the witches' "familiars," or spirits (usually animals like cats) that serve the witches.

All three witches then chance, "Fair is foul and foul is fair" before going back about their supernatural business.

Want to see how it all goes down? Check out this video version, from the folks at This is Macbeth.

1.How has Jackson been influenced by his family history?
Travka [436]

Too young for proper soldiering, Andrew and his brother Robert quarreled with American irregulars. In 1781, they were captured and acquired smallpox, of which Robert died momentarily after their departure. While trying to recover some nephews from a British prison ship, Andrew's mother also failed and died.

What is American irregulars?

Today, the Rangers of the U.S. Army may be exclusively one of many elite influences from around the world, but they hold a memorable place in the annals of service history for their pedigree dating back to the colonial battles, giving them a distinctively American character.

 • While the current Rangers cannot claim uninterrupted assistance, they are the spiritual successors of periodic troops raised for the special needs of American action.
 • In some forms, the sources of the Rangers can be traced back to 1609. That summer, a mixed war party of Montagnais, Algonquin and Huron soldiers from the St. Lawrence Valley joined Lake Champlain to encounter an adversary party of Mohawks to the south.
 • The movement was just one little part of a longer sequence of battles between indigenous powers in North America, but this process stands out, because attending the Canadian war force were three Frenchmen.
