Post an example of a conflict that can arise during a workout, how you can recognize it, and how you can resolve it. For example

, you could post that a side stitch, a sharp pain under the ribs, can cause conflict while running. The best way to relieve it is to stretch the cramping muscle. Extending one's arms overhead and taking deep breaths can help relax the muscle.

An example would be if you haven't eaten anything before a workout or if you are hydrated, then you will feel lightheaded and you might fall. The best way to relieve it is to stop the workout and hydrate yourself. Thank you for posting your question. I hope this answer helped you. Let me know if you need more help.

Preventative medicines that contain antibodies are called
Mnenie [13.5K]
Preventive medicines that contain antibodies are called a) vaccines.

Vaccines are an important and integral part of our society. And before I say anything further. Vaccines DO NOT cause autism or any other similar disorder. There is no evidence for this claim. In any case, when we're injected with vaccines we're given doses of antibodies so that our bodies would be prepared (in the case of a potential outbreak of a certain disease) for that disease. Because we have already seen the same particles in our vaccine, our body will know how to react in a proper and efficient way when it sees it in a "disease-like" form :)
