Answer:

By increasing the density of the lines

Explanation:

<em>The Three Crosses</em> is a print in drypoint by Rembrandt van Rijn. To create a drypoint print, the artist uses an etching needle, a type of a metal tool with a fine tip, to create incisions on a copper plate. The needle produces a raised edge called a <em>burr</em>, because of which a drypoint line holds more ink. Thanks to this, drypoint prints have a velvety look, allowing the artist to create deep shadows and dramatic tonal variation. By increasing the density of the lines, van Rijn managed to increase the contrast between different parts of the print.

PLEASE HELP I NEED INFO<br> How did Igor Stravinsky influence other composers?
fenix001 [56]

Bartok was inspired by Stravinsky’s work to put a more traditional and often Baroque forms in pieces of his “middle period” such as Cantata Profana and Music for Strings, Percussion, and Celesta. <span>Stravinsky’s influence waned after the rise of postwar serialism. Messiaen used techniques that were clearly Stravinsky-like, though, such as melodic fragments of different metrical lengths repeating themselves and intersecting in different ways.</span>

Why are red, blue, yellow only primary colors?
Katarina [22]
Those are primary colors because if you think about it, you have to mix blue and red to make purple, you have to mix yellow and blue to make green, but lastly, you have to mix red and yellow to make orange. So the reason that they are primary colors is because they make up the secondary colors and in order to make any other color such as pink, teal, fuscia, or even maroon you need to first start off with the primary colors.
