Answer: A. Larry must have grabbed a concave lens since the legs look smaller.

Explanation:

I'm not sure. I did some research and it seems that this is the correct one because, universe today.com said; "A concave lens is a lens that possesses at least one surface that curves inwards. It is a diverging lens, meaning that it spreads out light rays that have been refracted through it. A concave lens is thinner at its centre than at its edges, and is used to correct short-sightedness (myopia)." and passmyexams.co.uk said; "Convex lenses are thicker at the middle. Rays of light that pass through the lens are brought closer together (they converge). A convex lens is a converging lens.   When parallel rays of light pass through a convex lens the refracted rays converge at one point called the principal focus.  The distance between the principal focus and the centre of the lens is called the focal length." and so, this lead me to believe that the answer is; A. Larry must have grabbed a concave lens since the legs look smaller.

WILL GIVE BRAINLIEST Which effect is one likely result of a forest fire? a. extinction b. adaptation c. speciation d. forced mig
MAVERICK [17]

Answer:

d. forced migration

Explanation:

Certain hazardous occurrences affect living organisms in their natural habitat. One of those occurrences is forest fire. Forest fire or vegetation fire is an uncontrollable break out of fire in a vegetation, affecting the inhabitants of the area.

The occurrence of a forest fire will lead to a forced migration of organisms from their natural habitat. Animals and other mobile organisms will be forced to leave behind their devastating habitat and migrate to a less threatened area in order to survive.

Which ions aren't shown in net ionic reactions, because they are present as both reactants and products of the reaction, so they
Anvisha [2.4K]

Explanation:

This is correct!

Ions that exist in both the reactant and product side of the equation are referred to as spectator ions. Overall, they do not partake in the reaction. If they are present on both sides of the equation, you can cancel them out.

An example is;

Na+(aq) + Cl−(aq) + Ag+(aq) + NO3−(aq) → Na+(aq) + NO3−(aq) + AgCl(s)

The ions; Na+, NO3−(aq) would be cancelled out to give;

Cl−(aq) + Ag+(aq)  → AgCl(s)

The diagram shows the movement of particles from one end of the container to the opposite end of the container.
Aleksandr-060686 [28]
The correct option is this: EFFUSION BECAUSE THERE IS A MOVEMENT  OF A GAS THROUGH A SMALL OPENING INTO A LARGER VOLUME.
Effusion refers to the movement of gas particles through a small hole. According to Graham's law, the effusion rate of a gas is inversely proportional to the square root of the mass of its particles.
