The answer to this questions is continental polar air mass. This is because maritime air masses are usually located over water, but continental air masses are over land. And this is a cold air mass. I haven’t learned anything about this before but I did a little research and this is my conclusion. Continental polar air masses are cold, dry and unstable and are usually marked by surface high pressure, cold temperatures and low dew points.

What poses a great threat to the entire human species;poisonous abiotic factors or poisonous biotic factors?
jolli1 [7]
Well, biotic factors are living things in an ecosystem such as animals or insects. Abiotic factors are non living things in an ecosystem such as sunlight or temperature. I would say biotic factors would be more harmful since this includes bacteria or other diseases, not many abiotic factors would pose a great threat to the entire human species. Hope this helped.

Kaylis [27]

Osmosis of Water Across the Membrane. Osmosis is the tendency for water molecules to move from where there is a higher concentration to where there is a lower one. ... The cell membrane helps to regulate and slow down the flow of water into the cell. This is yet another way that the cell membrane helps maintain homeostasis
