My homework says, "Does the graph represent a proportional relationship? Why or why not? You MUST explain to get credit."
VMariaS [17]

Answer:

No, the graph does not represent a proportional relationship. It is a straight line, but it does not intersect the point (0, 0). ... It's not proportional because the line does not cross through the origin. Therefore the ratio of x to y will be different for two different points on the line.

What’s the correct answer for this question?
aivan3 [116]

Answer:

A.

Step-by-step explanation:

Diameter = 6 cm

SO,

Radius = 3 cm

Now

Slant Height = 5 cm

for Finding the height , We'll use Pythagorean Theorem

c² = a²+b²

5² = 3² + b²

b² = 5²-3²

b² = 25-9

b² = 16

Taking sqrt on both sides

b = 4

So

Height = 4

Now Finding the volume of cone

V = 1/3(πr²h)

V = 1/3(π)(3)²(4)

V = 12π cm³

-2k-1-5k=-2k-4k what is the answer
Masja [62]
-2k-1-5k=-2k-4k first u have to combine all the like terms so -2k-1-5k=-6k
3k-1=-6k
Subtract 3 from both sides
-1=-9k divide -9 from both sides
1/9=k it wouldn't be -1/-9 bc the (-) cancel each other out making it (+)
Hope this helps good luck
