False. Legato is water, it's supposed to flow. Staccato is like fire, it's supposed to be fast and sturdy.

Depends on the piece technically, however Legato notes are usually played as slurred but does not forbid the re-articulation of the note(s). It may depend on the BPM, and the Phrasing but usually Legato is played slower than staccato in terms of articulating.

mash [69]

Explanation:

Cel animation is the art of creating 2D animation by hand on sheets of transparent plastic called “cels”.

Following a planning process, animators transfer draft drawings onto transparent sheets of plastic called cels. Each cel features one drawing with an outline on one side of the plastic and the color is filled in on the other.

Second question answer :

These ‘cels’ are then placed over a background and photographed in sequence.

First question answer

As the basis of nearly every image format worth using, Pixels and Vectors are the broad categories of modern 2D image files. But what are they exactly, and how are they different?

While the differences in these two formats may appear obvious on the surface, the explanation is subtle and complicated. Stick around for a little bit of computing history and graphic geekery.
