With this, we can conclude that Patricia is facing a sexual harassment situation, as she has repeatedly asked David to stop calling her "sweetie" and "honey," because she is embarrassed and demoralized, but David keeps calling Patricia like that.

By law, the crime of harassment only applies when there is a hierarchical relationship, as in schools and at work, and when embarrassment is reiterated.
