According to Plato to attain an ideal society we must first get rid of peoples belief in their role in life. He wanted people to believe there was a special medal that god has given to them. For example, a shoemaker is specially fit for a shoe maker becuase got gave him that medal in his heart that puts him in that class. A farmer is a farmer because god gave him that life to be one.
