He delivers his speech on december 7 1941 telling people japan is responsible and that it happened in hawaii and around the rest of the Pacific region
Its very clear Roosevelt isnt happy with Japans actions even asking Congress for a formal declaration of war against japan
He expresses that American can and will take Japan down
