cellophane and all the colors
foil and all the colors
5 colors * 3 kinds of wrapping paper = 15 possible outcomes

4.40 years because a quarter is half a half and 4 quarters make a whole and it took 10 years for one quarter so 10*4 obvi = 40 years :)
