4.40 years because a quarter is half a half and 4 quarters make a whole and it took 10 years for one quarter so 10*4 obvi = 40 years :)

I think that this means what you say determines your future. If you look at something that scares you and say you can't do it, you said the truth because you convinces yourself that you're incapable.
