My only guess there is a fire someone is either stuck in there and can't get out of a child or some person was playing with fire in schools grounds and the teachers chose to handle the situation as best as they can to keep the situation from getting out of hand or a lab experiment and something went wrong while the kid or teacher my last option  is a fire broke out by something electrical and it combusted or exploded.
