Younger teens 13 or 14 will most likely also be influenced but also pressured by social media. Social media can cause stress or pressure for those who are still young and developing. Around 15 or a little older is a great age to start because it is a good way to start giving freedom to young adults. 15, 16 or 17 years old for the most part have discovered their personality and have a higher level of common sense and critical thinking.
