An effective group leader posses variety of traits and qualities which make the group members to follow him and his commands but as per my opinion, a group leader must posses the quality of " clear communication" whether it is verbal or written so that he can convey his messages to the team members more efficiently. In this case Group leader should facilitate the interaction between Beth and Nicole and assess the impact of conflict on the other members of the group. This will also let the members know that their group leader respect their opinions and also understand their issues and problems.
