Country M investing stuffs in order to encourage the economic growth of the country just like introducing an incentive policy that offers citizens free education – an education that can reduce unemployment and increase production, invested to buy new technologies to be more productive in producing goods that are in great demand, searching for resources that can be possibly traded with other foreign nations, and lastly researching to develop great goods that can be sold on a global scale.

What important role do third parties often play in US national elections? HELPPP!
Yuki888 [10]

Third parties generally serve only to take votes from one of the main parties. Third parties generally serve only to take votes from one of the main parties. If the third party has a candidate promising similar things to the Rep. candidate, the Democrats are more likely to win simply because their votes are not being siphoned off. Think of it this way: if a school class were to vote on favorite colors and there were only blue and red to choose from, it would probably be mostly equal. But if the same class were to vote for blue, teal, and red, I would be willing to bet that red would win just because its votes weren't being split like the blue votes were. Teal is the third party. It won't ever win on its own, but it can be influential in that it can help the opposite party win.

enot [183]

Answer:

The initiative is a power reserved to the voters to propose legislation, by petition, that would enact, amend or repeal a City Charter or Code provision.

Explanation:

- The right of (legislative) initiative is the constitutionally defined power to propose a new law (bill). The right of initiative is usually attributed to parliaments, which in most countries have the right to make law proposals, alone or sharing this right with the government.

- An initiative is the first in a series of actions. Initiative can also mean a personal quality that shows a willingness to get things done and take responsibility. An initiative is the start of something, with the hope that it will continue. Government and business start initiatives all the time.

- The process is termed INITIATIVE because the electorate can initiate legislation. ... The referendum also permits the Legislature itself to refer proposed legislation to the electorate for approval or rejection. The initiative and referendum processes guarantee Washington's electorate the right to legislate.
