There are options

Decision making is the process by which a choice is made between different options or possible ways to solve different situations in life in different contexts: business, labor, economic, family, personal, social, etc. (using quantitative methodologies that provides the administration). The decision-making consists, basically, in choosing an option among the available ones, in order to solve a current or potential problem (even if there is no evidence of a latent conflict).

A patient properly sued her doctor in federal court for medical malpractice. At trial, the doctor's attorney called four well-kn
Ivan

Answer: the correct answer is C. No, because the doctor did not move for a judment as a matter of law during the trial.

Explanation:

The court should not grant the motion. A judgment in spite of the verdict is now called a renewed motion for a judgment as a matter of law. To be valid, the party making the renewed motion must have moved for judgment as a matter of law at some time during the trial. Here, the doctor never moved for a judgment as a matter of law during the trial. Therefore, his motion for a renewed judgment as a matter of law will be denied.

How does development gather speed
sergeinik [125]

Explanation:

Speed meaning momentum I would think you mean. And an inanimate concept of development gathers no momentum. I think you are asking how some team of people working on a development, gather momentum with their effort? Which of course depends on the team & the discipline of the effort. A team trying to gain momentum with their project in medicine would be very difficult indeed. Too many safeguards in place to stop momentum. Some new website concept might be hard to restrain it’s momentum. So since the question is so general & open ended, it is almost unanswerable. Being in the single category ‘Speed’ seems to deal with physics. I still believe the question is about the human construct ‘project development’ rather than physics.
