Ante ese nuevo orden político mundial, América Latina observaba atentamente los movimientos de los europeos. El historiador Olivier Compagnon, profesor de la Universidad de Sorbona Nueva -Paris 3 y director de la revista Cahiers des Amériques Latines, imparte esta semana un seminario en el Instituto de Iberoamérica de la Universidad de Salamanca en el que trata de reevaluar precisamente el papel de los años 1914-1918 en la historia contemporánea de América Latina.
