Answer:

$551,074

Explanation:

Sales revenue

Worst case

Budget sales = 2300 units

Estimated sales price = $750

Sales unit = (100%-4%*2300)

2208 units

Sales price = (100%-6%*750)= 705

Sales revenue =2208*705 =$1,656,000

b) Operating cash flow at worst case sales revenue

Variable cost - $260 *(100%-5%)

=$247

Total variable cost = $247* 2208= $545,376

Fixed cost = $589000*(100%-5%)

$559550

Operating cash flow = (1656000-545376-559550) =551,074

Which one of the following would not be considered an advantage of the corporate form of organization?a. Limited liability of ow
solmaris [256]

Answer:

Disadvantage of Corporate Form of Organization:

d. Government regulation

Explanation:

In recent times, government regulation of businesses appears to be regarded as a disadvantage of the corporate form of organizations.  Governments intervene and regulate corporate entities whenever they fail to be self-regulatory.  But, the regulations may appear to be so much that the corporate form of organization now looks like a disadvantage.  Given the many corporate scandals, collapses, and misapplications of resources by corporate entities that have become the order of the day, government regulation is very important.  Without government regulation, many corporate bodies will not be acting in the public interest.  This is more so with public entity corporate organizations with diverse stakeholders and corporate managers who act as if they were running their own autonomous governments.

Answer:

The amount of revenue recognizable in 2021 is $84000 as shown below

Explanation:

Since the revenue spans over two years,8 months in the year 2021 and the remaining 4 months relate to 2022, the revenue should be recognized on proportional basis.

The revenue in 2021 =total revenue*months in the year/12 months

                                   =$126000*8/12

                                    =$84000

This amount is recorded on monthly basis by crediting revenue with one  month sales revenue value  $10500($126,000/12) and debiting to deferred revenue.

At the end of the year four months worth of revenue amount would be left in deferred revenue account as revenue for 8 months would have been recognized.

Pettry Snow Removal's cost formula for its vehicle operating cost is $2,170 per month plus $408 per snow-day. For the month of D
cricket20 [7]

The vehicle operating cost in the planning budget for December would be closest to $8698

<u>Explanation:</u>

The budgeted vehicle operating costs would be calculated with the help of following formula:

the vehicle operating vost will be added to snow-day that would be ultiplied with the number of planned snow days.

Given data: vehicle operating cost = $2170, snow day cost = $408, number of planned snow days = 16 snow-days.

now, putting the figures in the formula:

$ 2,170 plus $ 408 per day multiply with 16 snow days

after solving we get,

$ 2,170 plus $ 6,528 = $ 8,698.

Houston Pumps recently reported $172,500 of sales, $140,500 of operating costs other than depreciation, and $9,250 of depreciati
Xelga [282]

Answer:

b. $4,213

Explanation:

Net Operating Profit = Sales - Operating costs - Depreciation Expenses

Net Operating Profit = $172,500 - $140,500 - $9,250

Net Operating Profit = $22,750

Free Cash Flow (FCF) = Net Operating Profit After Tax(NOPAT) – Capital Expenditures – Changes in Net Working Capital

Free Cash Flow (FCF) = Net operating income*(1 - Tax Rate) + Depreciation Expenses - Capital Expenditures - Changes in Net Working Capital

Free Cash Flow (FCF) = $22,750 *(1 - 0.25) + $9,250 - $15,250 - $6,850

Free Cash Flow (FCF) =  $22,750 *0.75) + $9,250 - $15,250 - $6,850

Free Cash Flow (FCF) = $17,063 + $9,250 - $15,250 - $6,850

Free Cash Flow (FCF) = $4,213.

inn [45]

Answer: What layout strategy deals with low-volume, high-variety production? E. Process-oriented layout

Explanation: A process oriented layout is used by companies to move items from one department of the company to another to keep the products moving in a sequenced fashion. An example of a process oriented layout is a clinic. When the patient first checks in, they wait in the waiting area. They next head back and usually get weight/height measurements and then head to the individual patients room. There are many steps in this process to work with the consumer.
