Plants need energy to grow, that energy comes from the sun. Such as Thermal energy, and light energy. Plants need all this so that they can do photosynthesis as well. Later on when an animal grazes, that 10% of it's energy gets transferred to that animal, whether it's a cow, horse, mouse, shrew etc. The food chain goes on and that energy is transferred throughout it.  Basically everything needs energy to grow.

Answer:

Used the C1V1 = C2V2 method for calculations

Explanation:

Component      Calculation       Volume of Stock to be added

FBS:             100*V1 = 10*25                  2.5 mL

Glutamine:     200*V1 = 2*25                  0.25 mL

Penicillin:      10000V1 = 100*25          0.25 mL

Streptomycin:     10000V1 = 100*25            0.25 mL

NB: C1 = Stock Concentration; V1 = Volume of stock required; C2 = Final concentration required; V2 = Final volume required

Levart [38]

The fossil that I believe are heterotrophs cannot produce their food which includes all animals, fungi, and most bacteria and protists. These fossils are A, C, and fossil D. The other kind of fossil is an autotroph which is an organism that can produce its own food using light, water, carbon dioxide, or other chemicals. This kind of fossil is fossil B.
