You use one by kind of like end of sentences but they are pausing. I think that's how you use them.

Irritating - footling
Shiny- matte
Gather- distribute

- Definition-

Stern- serious, poker faced
Footling- act foolishly, stupid
Matte- dull, flat
Distributing - exporting goods or supplies to areas

Irritating was one word that was hard to find in the dictionary, but "footling" was the only legitimate word to fits with an antonym of irritating.

Hopefully this sheds some light :)
