Geisel was able to draw few cartoons in The Saturday Morning Post. He signed his work "Dr. Theophrastus Seuss" then changed it to "Dr. Seuss". At the age of 23 Geisel got a job as a cartoonist for Judge Magazine in New York. Geisel's work included drawing cartoons and advertisements with his unusual, zany creatures.  When Judge Magazine went out of business, Flit Household Spray hired Geisel to continue drawing their advertisements. Geisel also continued to sell cartoons and humorous articles to magazines. Sorry if this is too detailed, hope this helped!

D is the correct option.

Dwight Eisenhower served as the Supreme Allied Commander in Europe. The term supreme allied commander originated during the first world war. The first supreme allied commander was Ferdinand Foch, who commanded French, British and Italian forces during world war one. During the second world war, the allies appointed supreme allied commanders for their multi-nation armies. Full operational control to Land, Air, and Sea units was given to them. Eisenhower served as the Supreme Allied Commander for the Mediterranean theatre. Later he held the same post for NATO forces.
