Geisel was able to draw few cartoons in The Saturday Morning Post. He signed his work "Dr. Theophrastus Seuss" then changed it to "Dr. Seuss". At the age of 23 Geisel got a job as a cartoonist for Judge Magazine in New York. Geisel's work included drawing cartoons and advertisements with his unusual, zany creatures.  When Judge Magazine went out of business, Flit Household Spray hired Geisel to continue drawing their advertisements. Geisel also continued to sell cartoons and humorous articles to magazines. Sorry if this is too detailed, hope this helped!

At that time the resources and especially money is scarce since the economy is just starting to recover again after the war. The businessmen needs cash or capital to simply buy and sell goods or to start a business.

Nations which has large armies and weapons usually doesn't agree in disarmament because it will give a strain and more effort are required to disband to follow the disarmament treaty. Also those nations who have an advantage in military power would not agree to lessen its power for the lesser power.</span>
