Answer:

Well, you save the business a lot of money, but you won't get many employees. Because they don't just want minimum wage, they want other stuff and more promotions for more money, etc. That is a lot of company's don't to minimum wage. But, you won't have that many employees, and when you don't get that many employees you won't get a good business, and then you business will then soon not be a business anymore, or you should jsut not pay them minimum wage anymore.
