Thus health improvement beneficial biomolecules are also available in the medicine.

Hydrotherapy is a technique which is used for promoting the healing of the joints. In this technique, the body or some parts of the body are immersed in water for exercise. This technique is useful for the treatment of arthritis, swelling of joints, obesity, and chronic pain. It is a good choice for the treatment of these conditions as this technique puts less pressure and stress on the effected body parts.
