How do you do this problem

Mathematics

So the problem has no symbols, but we're going to multiply because the fraction on the left is right next to the parentheses.

-5/2 * 1/10x = -5x/20

I put "x" next to the 5 because the "x" counts as part of the numerator. Now that it's 5x over 20 that equals one, I'd first reduce -5x/20 into -x/4, then do

-x/4 * -4 = 1 * -4

To make the "x" side equal one, we have to multiply both sides by -4, to make both sides equal.

x = -4.

Chicago, Illinois has an elevation of 600 feet. Seely, California is -200 feet. What does 0 represent in the context of this sit
tatyana61 [14]

Answer:

Sea level

Step-by-step explanation:

In geography, 'Elevation' is measured in relation to sea level, so sea level would be zero.

Thus, Chicago is 600 feet above sea level and Seely, California is 200 feet below sea level.

If there were nothing but flat land all the way from Seely to the ocean, sea water would come in and cover Seely. Fortunately for the people in Seely. California's coastal mountain range is between the town and the ocean, so that does not happen.

What additional information could be used to prove that ΔXYZ ≅ ΔFEG using ASA or AAS? Check all that apply.
Maksim231197 [3]

Answer: ∠Z ≅ ∠G and XZ ≅ FG or ∠Z ≅ ∠G and XY ≅ FE  are the additional information could be used to prove that ΔXYZ ≅ ΔFEG using ASA or AAS.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given: ΔXYZ and ΔEFG such that ∠X=∠F

To prove they are congruent by using ASA or AAS conruency criteria

we need only one angle and side.

1. ∠Z ≅ ∠G(angle) and XZ ≅ FG(side)

so we can apply ASA  such that ΔXYZ ≅ ΔFEG.

2. ∠Z ≅ ∠G (angle)and ∠Y ≅ ∠E (angle), we need one side which is not present here.∴we can not apply ASA  such that ΔXYZ ≅ ΔFEG.

3. XZ ≅ FG (side) and ZY ≅ GE (side), we need one angle which is not present here.∴we can not apply ASA  such that ΔXYZ ≅ ΔFEG.

4. XY ≅ EF(side) and ZY ≅ FG(side), not possible.

5. ∠Z ≅ ∠G(angle) and XY ≅ FE(side),so we can apply ASA  such that

ΔXYZ ≅ ΔFEG.

Can you help me with this
just olya [345]
Answer: $31.25

altogether she spends... 12.5×$4.50= $56.25

in total, she makes 5 beds ( 12.5÷2.5=5)

so she makes 5×$17.50= $87.50 from selling the beds.

however, $87.50-$56.25= $31.25
