Sloan [31]

Answer:

your answer is,

When economic profit is zero, a firm is earning the same as it would if its resources were employed in the next best alternative. If the economic profit is negative, firms have the incentive to leave the market because their resources would be more profitable elsewhere.

Identify one similarity in the way elites used art or architecture in Europe and in Asia during the period 1450-1750.
Aleonysh [2.5K]

This era is known in Europe as the Renaissance period or the “rebirth” of art. During this time, powerful families in Europe, like the Medici Family in Florence used architecture and beauty by acting as patron for some of the greatest artists of the time, like Michelangelo and Brunelleschi.

It was in this era that humanistic ideals were applied by painters and sculptors, such as: Leonardo Da Vinci and Donatello to be able to depict human figures as realistically as possible.

The said artists work for the elites and the churches by painting and sculpting in the ceilings and façades of cathedrals and buildings in Europe.

On the other hand, the elites in Asia like Shah Jahan, also used architecture by building a mausoleum for his wife who died while giving birth to their 14th child. The building, now known as the Taj Mahal in India, was built on 1650 and took 21 years to complete and is considered as one of the true marvels of architecture on Earth.
