When we talk about Pathic communication, we refered to the specific actions of using lenguage to welcome, to invite, to stablish a mood for when someone is entering a place. This greeting part is more important that the message or the information that a person wants to give. One could say the objetive of this type of communication is considered of social function, it considers manners and social conventions.
