A few things NAtional and State Party organizers have in common are that they both help organize and help other people. The only difference is that one is nationa and the other is Party, like Democratic and Republicans.

Both state or national party organizers have in common to be in charge of establishing a party organization in a given locality. In order to do that they may do one or more of the following: establish an office in the new location; get in touch with the constituencies, etc.
