I'm not Chinese but I can tell you that they are adversarial. If any nationalist are in China, the sure won't be popular. Almost everything about communists and nationalist is against each other. China makes sure that their government controls what the people think, know, say, and do. The control is given to the government for them to depend on. A nationalist would want everything opposite of that. They would want to live in their own home, have a business, etc. The state between the two of them is like red versus blue. But people can get hurt in China if they don't agree to the regime.
