Cite relevant details from text to support what the text says explicitly and make inferences. Describe in depth a character, setting or event in a story or drama, drawing on specific details in the text. Summarizing teaches students how to discern the most important ideas in a text, how to ignore irrelevant information, and how to integrate the central ideas in a meaningful way.

Answer:

Fiction can be summarized by creating a synopsis. A synopsis is a brief summary of the plot.

This is a tool that helps readers to understand and identify the most important information within a story. It reduces the amount of unnecessary information and allows the reader to comprehend and retain the story more effectively.

When summarizing fiction in general it is helpful to ask these questions...

Who are main characters?

What do they want/goal?

Why can't they get or achieve it?

How is the problem resolved?

tino4ka555 [31]

I believe it would be

  D. Facial Expressions

my reason for this statement is because in both a performed version of a speech and written version. You practice the expression because you wish to get the listener involved into the topic you are discussing. Whereas in a written speech you facial expressions happen automatically, based on the topic and how much you understand.

I'm not sure if this is 100% right, or not. I would appreciate it if you could let me know if I was right or if my answer was way off. I'll try to do a little bit more research on it for you if you'd like.
