In 2005, Hurricane Katrina hit Louisiana, a strong and destructive storm. Both the state and the federal reaction was in censured for being unhurried and confused. The reason for the conflict between the federal and the state was created because of communication breakdown, lack of infrastructure, slow in the evacuation process and finally no prior planning before the hurricane hit America.
