Since there is no distance between the pole and the base of the tower, we can assume that the pole is at the base of the tower. 
We can create a right triangles between the pole and its shadow and between the tower and its shadow as shown in the figure. Let x be the height of the tower. Since our triangles are similar the ratio between its sides is going to be proportional, so we can establish a proportion to find x:
\frac{x}{3.3} = \frac{50.75}{1.22}
x= \frac{(50.75)(3.3)}{1.22}
x=137.27

We can conclude that the tower is 137.27 meters tall.
