1. India is a democratic country while China almost practices communism. India has strengthened its laws for protecting women and children and people with disabilities. It has also imposed restrictions on things like marginalization of different minority groups based on gender, religion or tribes. While China being a communism practitioner maintains control over all judicial institutions. It has given a little relaxation on some basic rights to its citizens but still places arbitrary curbs on expression.

2.They believed that whatever they did or worked there was a patron god of that. This meant that if you became a student of something you also had to know what are the patron gods in order to appease them. If you were learning to be a farmer, you needed to know what kinds of sacrifices were necessary for gods of harvest or Nile or similar in order to get a better harvest.
