A.  'many people want a designer dog from a boutique' This seems more like a general statement than a summary. When writing a summary this sentence would likely not be needed.

B. 'Animals bred through pet shops suffer health problems' If the passage is about the health problems then this is most likely correct.

C. 'People need to adopt animals instead of going to pet shops' this is an opinion so it is likely wrong.

D. 'many people have a warm home and like animals' This is likely wrong for the same reason A is wrong

E. 'More people need to decide to have pets in their homes.' This seems more like an opinionated statement, thus making it likely wrong.
