The three groups that are in the story are the city group, the feudal group, and the pilgrims. Chaucer falls under the feudal group because he spent a lot of his time being a negotiator and diplomat for the government. He has some feudal responsibility since he is supported by the government.

You could write about all of them because they all help to further the story. I might choose tybalt because he is the main guy who has a problem with romeo. You will need topics for each paragraph and strong beginning section and thesis and a nice closing paragraph. Stay away from using to much of the obvious things and throwing in a few quotes won't hurt. And DON'T FORGET to cite it! That is very important, unless your teacher doesn't make you do that but in high school they typically tend to.
