The tragic flaw of Juliet’s character that is reflected in this excerpt is her tendency to act without forethought.

Admittedly, Juliet was strongly guided by her heart, she is so much in love and loyal to Romeo that she could not imagine her life without him.

Prior to this scene, as he thought that Juliet was dead, Romeo desired to enter the tomb in which Juliet laid dead desperately. When he sees Paris he urged him to get away from the tomb, but he didn't. Paris and Romeo indulge themselves in a fight in which Romeo defeated and killed Paris. He takes Paris into Juliet's tomb and then drinks the poison. When Juliet awakes, she finds Romeo dead. Consequently, she too stabs herself with a dagger.

Choose the correct, can be both
Makovka662 [10]
I think both are correct in #1.

I’m not sure if there is a typo in #2 and if its supposed to be “going TO shopping malls” or just “going shopping malls”. But I think the first option, “I really dislike going (to) shopping malls” would be correct.

3. is the first one, “Could you please stop making that noise?”

Identify a feature of epic poetry in the passage. In three to four sentences, explain its impact on the epic's plot
Natasha_Volkova [10]

Answer:

Epic feature: the active role of a god: ".... the voice of the God..". This is the voice of Shamash's, the God of the sun. God is answering Gilgamesh's request since he has engaged in a furious battle against Humbaba. Humbaba is the guardian of the tree forest Gilgamesh and his close friend Enkidu have attacked. Gilgamesh needs help to defeat Humbaba and asks God to help him.

Impact on the epic's plot: Some Gods help Gilgamesh but some others God punish him. These constant interactions with different Gods make Gilgamesh face death. He learns he will die since immortality does not exist. A man dies but humankind will not.

Explanation:

Then, from heaven, the voice of the god

called to Gilgamesh: "Hurry, attack,

attack Humbaba while the time is right,

before he enters the depths of the forest,

before he can hide there and wrap himself

in his seven auras with their paralyzing glare.

He is wearing just one now. Attack him! Now!"
