The formula to use is A=(b1+b2)h if one base is 24 and the other one is 16 which equals to 40 when you add then you still have H which is 12 so you could either divide 12 by two to get half or multiply by 12 and then divide it
40•12=480
480 divided by 2= 240
Your final answer should be 240ft

Based on the table, which statement best describes a prediction for the end behavior of the graph of f(x)?
stich3 [128]
The answer would be B. Look at the graph - on top, to the left goes toward -infinity, while to the right it does the opposite. On the bottom, or the y, to the left and right it increases indefinitely. Plug this together, and you have your answer.
I hope this helped, and have a nice day!

Sorry, cannot just give you answers without your input.
I'd suggest that you look up online or in your textbook each of the items under "Type of Boundary."  The results you'd get will likely help you fill in the rest of the boxes.

which is not a result of multiplying the height of a rectangular prism by a scale factor of 1/2 and I need work to
chubhunter [2.5K]
C is the answer

for example

assume that the height of a rectangular prism is 2, width is 1 and length measures 3

the volume will be 6
(2*1*3)

if we multiply height with the scale factor of 1/2
it becomes 1

so the volume will be 3
(1*1*3)

this situation goes for other examples, too

good luck
