The imperialism age increased the gap between the developed nation of the country Europe and all the underdeveloped region. The imperial powers misused the land for their own benefit. They mostly used the land for their own economic and political purpose. The British Empire used to utilize imperialism for its own economic gain and stability which had an adverse effect on the British profit thus resulted in losing the colonies as well as the trade also reduced.
I personally on a scale of one to ten, would say a 5. I don’t trust mainstream news media that much, because it tends to be biased, especially in politics. I would more likely look at the website in more detail such as; who is the author? What date was it published? Is it biased? Etc.
