Answer: people wanted a say in the government because they wanted their say in what they can do instead of official  in the government and/or the leader if they had a say they can vote and pick official change the way they live like geography

However, he still deed his efforts such as visiting the  Arvin Federal Government Camp to get a picture of the place that he could use in his book.

They believed that rights of people and states should be written and stated officially instead of just being implied since implied things are easy to exploit and maneuver according to your needs.
