The conflict in Kashmir is rooted primarily in territory.

It is a territorial conflict between India and Pakistan over the Kashmir region.

The conflict started after the partition of India in 1947 and escalated into three wars between India and Pakistan, and several smaller battles. It is set against the backdrop of the Himalayan mountains and valleys and involves a patchwork of languages, religions and ethnicities.

China has been involved in this conflict in a third-party-role.

Both India and Pakistan claim Kashmir, India controls 43% of the region, Pakistan 37% and China the remaining 20%.

Answer:

actually i just had this question and it can have 2 answers the first one is religion and the 2nd is politics but for my answer choices i didnt have politics as one of them so if you have politics as an answer choice use that one but if not it is religion

Eplanation:The Kashmir conflict gets a religious hue because of the dominating framework of secularized Christianity as well as the Islamic challenges to it. Both frameworks prevent solving the conflict and appear to reinforce patterns of violence and their denial.  hope this helps

How was the War of 1812 an accidental<br> war? Please explain!
Simora [160]

Answer:

Explanation:

The British people had grown weary of the effort and cost of their twenty-year war against France, and the War of 1812 came to an end as a result. The minor war has ended now that Napoleon has been almost completely defeated. The War of 1812 was a watershed moment in American history. America won worldwide recognition as a result of its ability to bring the world's most powerful military force to a halt. It also instilled in its people a stronger sense of nationalism. In North America, opposition to the United States has waned. Hull's occupying army launched an assault on a British picket, which was forced to retreat to Amherstburg. Two British troops were inadvertently abandoned. They held their ground until they were apprehended. Private Hancock, one of them, died of his wounds later that evening, becoming the war's first British casualty.
