1. Odyssey focuses on life's greater purpose through the fulfillment of destiny, perseverance, and loyalty. These three themes recur continuously throughout Odysseus' journey, molding life's greater vision. So entertain is the literary purpose.

2. Odysseus cleverly tricks and blinds the Cyclops Polyphemus, saving his crew from certain death. Odysseus also bravely travels to Hades to learn his fate. Upon reaching Ithaca, Odysseus takes on all of Penelope’s suitors, defeating them to reclaim his rightful place.

The best answer is "B". All the points are of equal importance, so this is the best answer choice. It is not a list of steps because it wasn't worded in that way. It would have transitional phrases like next, then, and finally. It didn't explain how to do them, just that you should. Lastly, there is a no more important point.

I hope this helps you!

Read Capulet’s speech from Act IV, Scene 2, as he plans for the wedding:
faltersainse [42]
The correct answer is B.

Readers are aware of Juliet's plan. They know she is planning to fake her death and run off with Romeo. Therefore, when Capulet says these lines in preparation for Juliet's wedding to Paris, readers know he is totally unaware of what is about to happen.

Furthermore, tension is increased when he talks about his happy feeling (my heart is wondrous light), which we know will drastically end in the morning when he finds his daughter has taken her life. Therefore, this speech increases the tension because we know Juliet has no intention of following her father's wishes.
