Not really related to a subject. The thing is, I never focus in school. I want my mom proud because she does so much for me! But

my grades are dropping. My mental illnesses and other Mental illnesses In the family may also be a factor. Anyone have any tips, or ways to snap out of my spacing off? Any advice will be taken! Please and thank you!!!

Answer:

1) Check up on yourself. Distractions can be internal as well as external, so start by looking within.

2) Pinpoint the cause. Once you have your internal priorities sorted out, look at more external causes.

3) Be prepared. All successful people are great planners; they make lists for every major and minor decisions and goals.

4) Go offline. Some of the biggest sources of distraction come from email, social media, and cell phones. Take a break once and a while and come back with a positive, ready to focus attitude.

i know that for me when this happens I make a list of some goals I have and a list of positive things going on. just something to look at when everything feels like its falling apart. maybe a list of anything and everything that makes you happy.
