The fisrt step is to be able to indentify emotions and handle them, otherwise the emotions can control people´s life. The author gives examples of how to manage and deal with emotions. She recomends: 1. Identify the feeling. 2. Accept any feeling even though it is bad. To aknoledge and accept is better than to deny it, otherwise it becomes more powerfull 3. Express the feeling.
