Answer and Explanation:

The author talks about how emotions are meant to be handle with in time. Kids and teenagers learn how to talk about what they are feeling instead of acting out on them. The fisrt step is to be able to indentify emotions and handle them, otherwise the emotions can control people´s life. The author gives examples of how to manage and deal with emotions. She recomends: 1. Identify the feeling. 2. Accept any feeling even though it is bad. To aknoledge and accept is better than to deny it, otherwise it becomes more powerfull 3. Express the feeling. The author advices that is better to express the feelings by writting about them or by talking about them. 4. Take care of yourself the author says, it is important to find a healthy way of living, excersice, breathing, a joby. It is adviced to have activities that can be productive and stimulating, this helps to manage though emotions.
