At what age do most Bolivian children generally have their first haircut and get baptized in a Catholic Church

The traditions say it should be done at age 1. They think (Bolivian people) that it should be done as soon as the child is born, so he can get to the "hands of God" as soon as possible. They probably don't do it when it's born because normally children are not born with hair.
