Reduced dependence on nonrenewable resources
Our dependence on fossil fuels has actually increased dramatically as more and more people own vehicles. Vehicles are becoming more efficient, but with so many on the road at once, we're burning through our nonrenewable resources fast. It may not happen on our lifetimes, but we'll run out eventually and unless we find a better source of energy by then, we'll be in a bad situation.
Texas v. Johnson demonstrates that people have symbolic speech. Also Johnson (the guy who burned the American flag in protest) is aloud to burn the flag, although it is not a popular action he can do it because it is his right under the first amendment of freedom of speech
Our technology is improved compared to the past that makes transporting goods easily. This will reduce the price of the goods by the difficulty of transport.
Social Security is still in effect today.
