Answer:

option (B) 5

Explanation:

Given:

Estimated number of men required if no rain = 10

Number of days required in there is no rain = 110

Number of days with rain = 5

Number of people hired after the 61st day = 6

Therefore,

Total man-days required = 10 × 110 = 1100

Total Man-days before 61st day

= (60 days - number of days with rain ) × Initial number of men

= ( 60 - 5 ) × 10

= 550

let the number of days it rained after day 60 be 'n'

Thus,

Man-days worked after 61st day

= Total number of men after 61st day × ( 100 days - 60 days - x )

=  16 × (40 - n)

also,

Total man-days required = Total Man-days before 61st day + Man-days worked after 61st day

or

1,100 = 550 + 16 × ( 40 - n )

or

550 = 640 - 16n

or

n = 5.625

therefore,

It rained for 5 days

option (B) 5

Sterling Auto International (Scenario) Sterling Auto International is a successful car manufacturing company headquartered in De
arsen [322]

Answer:

The answer is: Market size

Explanation:

China and India are the two countries with the largest populations in the world, around 1,400 million people each. Since China´s population is rapidly growing from rural poor farmers to middle class workers, the market for new products is HUGE. During 2017, 23.56 million cars were sold in continental China compared to 17.24 million cars sold in the US.

The potential buyers for new cars in China is just too big to be ignored by any company in the world. They already represent the largest markets for several European brands including German luxury brands. If Sterling Auto International wants to increase its car sales then China is the place to start selling.

the fundamental purpose of an organization's mission statement is to: a. define the operational structure of the organization. b
mr Goodwill [35]

The primary goal of an organization's mission statement is to outline the role that the organization plays in society.

The mission statement of an organization is a succinct statement that explains its purpose for being and doing what it does in society. Along with organization describing the organization's major clients, the products they want to sell, and other information, it also discusses the organization's objectives.

In this form of organizational structure, every employee is given two superiors in two different tiers. A "functional" hierarchy guarantees that each sort of expert in a company is well-trained and evaluated by a society supervisor who is a super-expert in the same field. The opposing organization strategy is "executive," which uses specialists to execute projects. Projects may be arranged according to regional areas, customer kinds, or other criteria.

The term "formal organization" refers to a group that has been created with the intention of achieving specific goals. Its design explains how society objectives are separated into constituent parts of the organization. This organizational structure is made up of divisions, departments, roles, jobs, and duties.  So, when it comes to interactions with clients or members, the official organization is expected to act impersonally.
